• Recordings are automatically deleted or archived within ninety (90) days following the end of the course term.

• We will never publicly post, publish, or use a student's image, name, or identifiable work for marketing purposes without explicit, separate written parental consent.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Tools

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business and deliver services, including:

• Educational & Communication Platforms: Google Workspace (Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Forms).

• Payment Processors: Venmo, banks, or state funding administration systems (such as NCSEAA / ClassWallet for ESA+) to confirm tuition payments.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or to report suspected abuse or neglect as mandated by state law.
